About the Drama

Gun and Ha-neul were siblings separated as children when their parents died. However this brother and sister are not actually biological siblings.

Ha-neul has been adopted into a wealthy family. Her adopted mother doted on her very much. Her adopted mother's love towards her made it hard to breathe and sometimes that is what kept her from leaving. Her adopted parents has a biological son, Tae Won, who hated her and snapped at her, yelling 'You're not my sister!''. She seems happy in the new family but she hides a deep secret that Tae Won had develops an obsessive love for Hye Won (15 years later), attempted to rape her.

Hyo-joo likes Gun the most, or rather she is totally obsessed with him. She even thinks that it's alright if her heart bursts and dies as long as she is with Gun. Hyo-joo has an over-exaggerated affection towards Gun. She dotes on Gun nearly to the point of suffocation. Hyo-joo also has a serious heart condition that requires the sort of medical attention that the Gun cannot afford. Gun, for his part, does not return Hyo-Ju's love romantically but does love her as a sister. He takes to a life of crime, bloodshed, to try to raise the money needed for her surgery, that she desperately needs.

Fifteen years later, Gun now lives in Australia, Gun hits upon the idea to return to Korea, to look up his long lost sister, Ha-Neul, and extort money from her adopted rich family.

When it is revealed that Ha-neul is Gun's younger sister, Ha-neul leaves her adopted family to live with Gun and Hyo-joo (Gun's father's friend's daughter).

At first she felt sorry for Ha-neul because she felt as if she had stolen her brother from her for the last 15 years, but Hyo-joo keeps feeling nervous, worrying that Gun is going to leave her.

Even though Ha-neul has decided to date Seung-kyung, she starts to realize that her love for her older brother is more than that of a sibling, while Gun tries to hide his love for her as well. They eventually express their love for each other.

Comments:

Totally love the songs of this show. Its very catchy especially when you leave the DVD playing in the back ground, you will not stop humming the song LOL.

The drama is lovely in a way cos of a girl who works at an aquarium as an aquarist, because of what her brother said. Who later reunites with her brother from whom she has been separated for 15 years and falls in love with each other. Even though the reality is that they are not blood related, so it shouldn't be a problem that they fall in love, it seems a bit disturbing....LOL....why must Korean life be so complicated?

There are lots of great scenery since the drama is shot in Australia, I wonder why since Korea has so many beautiful areas to be used. It uses many different kinds of underwater filming techniques, which reminds me I really like the scenes that Sung Yu Ri did inside the aquarium.

I get real frustrated with Hyo-joo, even though her lovely looks can easily erase all that LOL....I really do not understand what is it with her that she insisted on holding on to Gun even though she knows that he does not love her and just treats her like a sister? I guess she loves herself more then she loves him, cos she did not understand that she is making him miserable by hanging on to him and making him responsible for her. She has 3 guys that are willing to die for her. Her Dad...."Dad you would die for me right?" "Of course!''....Her brother "Brother you would also die for me right?" "Yeah, sure."....Last but not least...our lead...Gun....."Gun, die for me!" "Alright." She grew up overprotected by these three men. I wonder whether she is fortunate or not...since she can never have what she always wanted...Gun's love (as in terms of man towards a woman, even though he has brotherly love towards her)

Its strange that Kang Dong Ha seems to understand Ha-neul, who even though has always been smiling, was really crying on the inside.

About the Drama:

Riiko Izawa is a simple temp worker, who has never had a boyfriend and she has been rejected by every boy she has ever had a crush on. When she returns a lost cell phone to an oddly dressed salesman, she mentions wanting a boyfriend so to thank her, he directs her to his company's website. When she visits the site, Riiko finds it's a site to create your own lover. Thinking its a game, she customizes and accidentally orders one.

Little did Riiko know that the odd salesman is actually Kronos Heaven, a Robot developer, he had finally developed "Night Tenjo", the perfect male humanoid programmed to be devoted and completely loyal to his lover and is programmed to be the perfect boyfriend

The next day, Riiko's new lover arrives. Following the instruction manual, she kisses him to wake him up and configure him to be in love with only her. She names him "Night."

Three days later, she is shocked to learn that she only had him for a free trial. The salesman, Gaku Namikiri, tells her that she must now pay 100,000,000 yen for Night, or they will waive the fee if she helps them to collect data about how women think and feel to help perfect future models.

Riiko must keep Night's true nature of not being human a secret from everyone around her. She also finds herself in a love triangle between Night and a distinguished young executive at her company Soshi, who declares his love for her out of fear that he will lose her.

At first, Riko only sees Night as a household appliance. At the mean time, Night begins to develop real human emotions, which enables him to truely love Riiko, but this also caused him to develop system malfunctions. When Riiko almost loses Night due to the malfunctions, she realizes that had fallen in love with him. She apologizes to Soshi and rejected him.

Night begins to grow weaker and weaker. The problem is caused by exceeding usage of his abilities and eventually it caused his machinery to stop working, resulting in his "death".

Before he died, he wrote a letter directed to Soshi telling him what was happening and asking him to take care of Riiko. Gaku Namikiri then sent the letter to Soshi, which brings him back to Japan to be at Riiko's side again after giving her some time to grieve over Night's "death".

Comments:

Frankly speaking I will still choose a real guy compared to a robot that is made for me. In fact an absolute boyfriend is something too good to be true =)

Hayami Mokomichi, is extremely charming in the drama, I can not imagine how can a person look so perfect, especially without clothes LOL...perfect body....He looks perfectly like a robot. An extremely handsome robot. I saw the Taiwanese version of Absolute boyfriend, which is also known as "Absolute Darling" or "Jue Dui Darling" (絕對達令) but the "robot" there can not compare to the "robot" in the Japanese version.

I heard that there is a special episode of the drama, and since my friend told me it's best to leave the show as it is and not watch the special episode I did not dare to watch it and spoil the beautiful show.....sad....but beautiful...

About the Drama

Lee Yo Won stars as Na In Jung who struggles with her love between the rather cold and rebellious pop culture artist Kang Yong Ki (Kwon Sang Woo ) and a successful businessman, Lee Soo Hwan (Kim Sung Soo). She used to be a beautiful and graceful cellist and had staked her everything on her first love, Soo Hwan. She loves him even though she knows he is married but he coldheartedly breaks up with her. She does her best to get over him, believing that her suffering is a punishment for stealing another woman's husband. She ended up in a small village selling fried chicken after her mother died and her father was seriously wounded in a car accident the night she suffered a miscarriage when Soo Hwan left her.

5 years later In Jung met Yong Ki when he came to the small village. Yong Ki's first love, Jo Ann had commited suicide as his father objected to their relationship and he still carries the wound that he suffered from their relationship and her death. He is an illegitimate son of a conglomerate owner and has never received love as a child. His half sister is Joo Ran who is married to Soo Hwan. Yong Ki meets In Jung and after much bickering falls for her confident personality but their relationship is hampered by In Jung's first love, Soo Hwan. Believing that his unhappiness is due to his kind heart, Yong Ki decides to protect his love by all means.

Soo Hwan had an affair with In Jung 5 years ago but he only had ambition for the CEO position of Yong Ki's father's company. He is now a successful businessman but he discovers that his ambition and successes do not fill the emptiness that he has inside his heart and realizes that In Jung is the one that he needs and truely loves. But In Jung and Yong Ki have already fallen in love with each other. Will In Jung go back to her first love or stay with Yong Ki?

I was drawn to the drama because of actress Lee Yo Won as i really like her acting in "Surgeon Bong Dal Hee" and have been looking forward to her next drama. So without thinking I just went ahead and bought the drama...

OMG please! How pathetic can life be for In Jung? (I am now talking about the character in the drama...sigh...) What can be worst then living in misery like her? If you are looking for a romantic or a chick flick, please don't watch this show...You will definitely cry your eyes out...I can not imagine anything worst or sadder then being in her shoes....

Fact is I being a woman totally do not agree with her being a third party...but I can't help being sorry for her. She could have done better then suffering through what she had gone through. This drama showed all the worst things that could have happened to a mistress.

How can she be in any dilemma at all? Third party? No no!

Woman...could have been smarter....

About the Drama

The main character of this drama is Shin Nah-rah, a girl approaching thirty who doesn’t have house, money, boyfriend, a job, or anyone to support her. All she has are her brains. After living unemployed for awhile and struggling to make a living she thinks about getting married so that she can at least work as a housewife. After she being dumped by her boyfriend, whom she was planning to get married to and living together with, she goes out to find the woman who stole his heart; but while at her love rival's cosmetic company, an ad for sales clerk catches her eye.



Having nothing to lose she tool the identity of her 20 year old little sister, a high school graduate, and starts working as a sales clerk. At work she meets an immature and spoilt guy who likes, Mi-rae the woman who stole her boyfriend’s heart. The two always snarl at each other and get into disputes but this guy later turns out to be the son of the vice president of the company.



A love story starts to grow between the employer who knows nothing except being tough and an employee who knows a lot more than her boss throughout all their disputes and quarrels.
